:: Cabinet costs
Our cabinets are comparable in cost to good quality factory-made "semi-custom" cabinets, and less expensive than many custom cabinets. We can provide a rough quote from your plans. Choice of woods and hardware make a big difference. Though the plethora of drawers often seems an added cost compared to rows of door cabinets, we think when you look at the actual storage capacity, they are a good value.
We have a variety of design devices to save money. Cabinets can be provided unfinished, which usually saves at least $1500. Wire baskets make a very economical and interesting looking drawer. Open shelves save money. Usually we can tailor the design to fit your budget. We'll certainly try. Cabinets can be provided finished or unfinished, delivered or FOB, installed or installation by you or your builder, depending on your location. (Click to visit affordable kitchens.)
Right now, we can easily deliver in New England from Vermont to Cape Cod, or within perhaps 6 hours drive of central Vermont. We will install in Central Vermont, the Boston area, or the Cape. We'll work closely with whoever is installing your cabinets. Occasionally we deliver further afield, but that makes the delivery expensive.
